1 lb. mild Italian sausage, ground
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 can or 16 oz. frozen green beans
1 lb. cheese tortellini, cooked
2 large cans crushed tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. oregano
1 T. basil
1 T. parsley

Saute onion and sausage in large pot. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, other than tortellini. Simmer 1 hour. Cook tortellini separately and add to pot. Simmer 15-30 minutes more. Serve with parmesan cheese and garlic or corn bread.
