Pork Roast - split open
1 box stove top stuffing
1 jar of apricot preserves
1/2 can of coke
1/2 c. water

Directions:

Moisten dressing with hot tap water. Split roast and place stuffing in the middle and tie up. Top with apricot preserves. Pour coke over roast. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350º
