3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1tsp. oregano
3 meduim zucchini
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Mix together olive oil, garlic, basil and oregano in small bowl. Trim ends off zucchini, then slice diagonally into 1/4 inch thick ovals. Place zucchini in single layer on boiler pan. Brush each slice with olive oil mixture and top with parmesan cheese. Broil for about 5 minutes, until cheese is lightly brown and zucchini is tender when pierced. Serves 5 to 6.
