1 (14 oz) jar or can artichoke hearts, drained, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
dash of garlic salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, onions, cheese and mayo. Blend in garlic salt and pepper. Place mixture in a lightly greased 8" glass pie plate. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Slowly pour olive oil over crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. If top is not browned, place under broiler for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
