1 c. unpoped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks of margarine
1 c. Karo syrup (lite or dark)
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Pop the popcorn (use enough oil to cover bottom of pan). Mix the rest of the ingredients and boil for 5 min. Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda and pour over popcorn. Bake @ 250º for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

A tip to make sure your popcorn is crispy and not soggy--boil a minute longer (watch, it will burn quickly!) and also bake a few minutes longer (again, watch cause it can burn fast:).
