Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My husband is always saying how we should eat more fish because it is healthy and he likes it. Well, I dislike fish greatly, but I found this recipe, that sorta reminded me of fish sticks so I thought I would try it. It was a hit, I even ate a teeny tiny piece! Tartar sauce is great with it, I used a lot of it! I served this with Easy Risotto and broccoli. The next day Aaron ate this on a good bun with lettuce, mayo and tomato-he really enjoyed that too.
