1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 doz. coconut macaroons, crumbed
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 pints sherbet (1 lime, 1 orange, 1 raspberry)
Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream. Add sugar and vanilla. fold in macaroon crumbs and nuts. Spread half of mixture in a 9x9x2 in. pan and place in freezer section of a refrigerator until frozen. Store remaining whipped cream mixture temporarily in refrigerator. Working quickly, cover frozen whipped cream with small spoonfuls of alternate flavors of sherbet so that all colors will appear in each serving. Spread remaining whipped cream mixture over top. Return to freeze section of fridge and freeze.

Cut into 2x3 inch pieces - 12 servings
