1 lb ground beef or turkey
3/4 - 1 lb med shells
1 jar sauce (Francesco Rinaldo Sweet & Tasty Tomato is a favorite)
1 can diced tomatoes
shredded mozzarella
ital. seasonings
Parmesan cheese
diced onion
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water for pasta (with dash of salt)

Brown beef or turkey in a large, deep fry/saute pan with diced onion, ital. seasonings and garlic powder to taste.

When meat is browned, add diced tomatoes and simmer.

Add pasta to water and cook according to directions

Add jar of sauce to meat mixture and continue to simmer.

Drain pasta and add immediately to sauce/meat mixture. Toss everything together well.

When serving, add 1/2 of serving to bowl, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, then add remaining half of pasta on top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

This is something I make often because everyone likes it. I often serve with garlic bread and a salad.
