Brownies:
1 stick butter, soft
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 all purpose flour
1 large can Hershey syrup
1 cup chopped walnuts

Icing:
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tablesppon butter
1 Tablespoon milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Brownies:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and chocolate. Add flour and mix. Stir in walnuts. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Icing:
Combine sugar, butter, milk and chocolate chips in a sauce pan, and cook on low until melted and sugar is dissolved. Pour warm icing over cake, and serve.
