1 lb Prawns
2 level tbs margarine
1 level dspn curry powder
1 stalk chopped celery
1 lge onion chopped
¼ green pepper finely chopped
4 level tbs flour
1 level tspn salt
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
¼ level tspn pepper
¾ pink beef stock
½ pint milk
1 level tspn sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Shell Prawns; if large, cut in halves. Melt margarine in pan and lightly fry curry powder, onion, celery and pepper for about 5 mins.
Add tomato and cook for a further 2 mins. Add flour, salt and pepper and stir in well, combining all ingredients. Cook for 1 minute.
Add stock and milk and bring to the boil stirring continuously. Add lemon juice and prawns and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Service with boiled rice. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
