3 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
6 potatoes, baked, then peeled & crumbled
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon course ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and flour in a Dutch oven on low heat. Sir until smooth, about 1 minute. Add milk and stir over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low, stirring frequently until thickened, or about 30 - 45 minutes.
