1 pound ground beef, extra lean
1/2 pound ground pork
3 medium bread slices -- torn in pieces
1 cup milk
1 whole egg -- beaten
1/4 cup minced onions
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in a loaf pan (which has been sprayed with Pam). Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serve hot or cold. For catsup-topped Loaf, spread 3 tablespoons on top before baking or serve plain
