8 - 10 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, and diced
8 ounces cream cheese, soft
8 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup chives
1 stick butter, soft
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt or more to taste
1/4 - 1-2 cup milk
Paprika and extra chives to garnish

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Refrigerate over night.
Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
