Even hard core Brussels Sprout haters like this recipe

2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, cored and shredded, I use the food processor
½ pound diced bacon
¼ cup butter
2/3 cups pine nuts
3 green onions minced
½ tsp sea salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon in a large deep skillet until crisp, spoon onto paper towels to drain. Keep 2 TBL grease in pan and add butter heat until melted on medium heat. Add pine nuts and cook until toasty brown. Add Brussels sprouts and green onion , salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat until sprouts are wilted and tender. Stir in bacon just before serving.
