2 lbs. hamburger
salt to taste
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can Rotel©
1 can pinto beans
2 c. minute rice (prepared separately by box instructions)
1 box Velveta© cheese
cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13x9 cake pan with Velveta© cheese. Mix cooked hamburger meat, seasoning, salt, rotel and beans together. Prepare rice and add to above ingredients. Pour mixture over cheese and top with grated cheddar cheese if desired. Bake at 350© until cheese is melted.
