Red potatoes (as many as you like)
2 T. butter or margarine
shaved ham (to taste)
chopped onion (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
VelvetaŠ cheese (to taste)
1/3 c. milk
3 - 4 carrots - shaved
water (enough to cover potatoes)

Directions:
Directions:
Rub butter in bottom of large pot to keep potatoes from sticking. Peel and cut potatoes, add to pot. Add water. cook on low heat. Add the remaining butter, milk and salt to pot. Cut ham, onion and carrots and blend in blender, then add to pot. Stir well. Cover and let cook until potatoes are tender. Add cheese, mixing well. Cover and turn off heat. Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
