1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 tablespoon minced shallot
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk the lemon juice, zest, shallot and Dijon mustard together. In a thin steady stream, whisk the olive oil until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
