3 (8oz) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
3 eggs

Topping
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
cream togethr cream cheese and sugar. add vanilla and eggs. pour into paper-lined muffin tins 3/4 full. bake at 300ºF for 30 minutes. cool for 5 minutes. mix together topping ingredients. place apprpximately 1 teaspoon on top of the tarts and return to oven for 5 minutes. top with canned pie filling before serving.
