2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. sugar 1 large can crushed pineapple


Mix well. Bake in 13x9-inch olong pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. cream
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Cook cream, sugar and margarine about 5 minutes. Then add coconut and pecans. Cool 1 minute and pour over cake.
