Salad:
3 cups shredded lettuce
2 chopped tomatoes
1 sliced cucumber
1 sliced red onion
1 can sliced black olives
1 cup Mexican-blend shredded cheese

Dressing:
1 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cheese. Mix ingredients for dressing and pour over salad. Top with black olives.
