1 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 zucchini, grated
8-10 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 12 oz container low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce with zucchini; set aside. Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and oregano; set aside. Spread 1 cup sauce mixture in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Layer 4-5 lasagna noodles on top of mixture. Top with cottage cheese mixture and 1 cup of sauce. Top with remaining noodles, then remaining sauce, and finally the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Remove cover and bake an add'l 15 mins.

1/2 lb - 2/3 lb browned ground beef may be added to sauce mixture.
