Ingredients:  
Small whole chicken or boneless skin on chicken breasts.
1 can of Cream of Muschroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
I pckg Ritz Crackers or bread crumbs or you can use toast and break them into small pieces
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (I put the chicken in the crockpot all day or overvnight). Tear chicken into small pieces and mix soup with chicken. Add 1/4 or 1/2 cup of leftover chicken broth to chicken and soup. Pour into 9 x 9 baking dish. Cover with crushed ritz crackers, bread crumbs or crumbled toast. Cut pieces of butter and spread over top. Bake at 350 Degrees until brown.
