1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup green onions, including tops
1 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 tablespoon oil
1 can tuna
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 can celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1-5oz can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery and water chestnuts in oil. Add tuna which has been drained and separated into chunks, parsley and all other ingredients except noodles. In 1-1/2 qt casserole pour 1/2 of mixture into bottom of casserole. Top with noodles, reserving 1/2 cup for the top of casserole. Pour remaining tuna mixture in casserole and top with remaining noodles. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes.
