3 T. Parmesan cheese
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9x13" greased pan. (I use a 10" round pan but it takes longer to bake.) Bake at 350º for 45 minutes (covered except for the last 10 minutes) or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

This is a recipe that I originally got from my mother-in-law. Everyone in our family likes it and my daughter, Kaitlyn, requests it for her birthday.
