1-2 English muffins
1 jar Ragu pizza sauce
shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or whatever cheese you have handy
pepperoni slices - if available
Directions:
Directions:
Slice English muffin in half.
Spread moderately with pizza sauce.
Place pepperoni if using.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Place in toaster oven at 350º until cheese is melted.

Pita bread cut in half also works with the recipe.
