Pork Chops - any number
1 Egg, beaten
3 T. Water
Dry Bread Crumbs
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and water. Dip each pork chop in egg, then in dry bread crumbs. Brown chops in fat. Top each browned chop with 1 T. mushroom soup to which 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire has been added; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each chop with a slice of raw onion. Cover and simmer slowly for 45 minutes.
