1 lb. Veal Steak (4 pieces)
2 T. Butter or Margarine
1/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Wine
1 tsp. Chicken Bouillon
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1 clove Garlic
2 T. Capers
Spaghetti to serve 4

Directions:
Directions:
Pound veal steaks to 1/8 inch thick. Cook veal in butter in a skillet until done; remove veal from skillet and keep warm. In same skillet, add water, wine, bouillon, thyme and garlic. Boil 2 minutes or until reduced to 1/4 cup. Stir in capers. Serve over angel hair spaghetti. (Don't reduce too much, as the liquid is sooo good over the spaghetti!)

Sheli gave me this recipe and I really like it. Veal is expensive and a bit hard to find, but well worth the effort.
