1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. to 1 c. very warm water
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except egg and coarse salt. Knead mixture until rubbery. Pull off handful; roll into long rope. Shape as desired. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Brush on egg and sprinkle salt as desired. Bake 425º for 7 - 10 minutes. Dip into cheese sauce or pizza sauce

I got this recipe from Nathan's preschool teacher. She is retired now but when she was teaching she would set aside a day and make these with the children. They are really good.
