1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. salsa
1 - 16 oz can refried beans
1 - 10 oz can enchilada sauce
1 can sliced black olives, optional
10 (6") corn tortillas, cut in half
2 c. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef or turkey, onion and garlic until brown, drain. Stir in salsa, beans, enchilada sauce and olives. Bring to a boil, reduce to low. Cook 5 - 6 minutes. Layer half of the tortillas on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Cover half with meat mixture; sprinkle with 1c. of cheese. Repeat layers and cover with remaining cheese.
Cover and bake at 350º for 25 minutes; Remove cover and bake 5 minutes.
