6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
6 eggs boiled and sliced
˝ onion, separated into rings
1 large container cottage cheese
1 pint mayonnaise
Lawery’s seasoned salt

Layer as numbered.
1. potato slices
2. onion rings
3. salt
4. sliced eggs
5. cottage cheese
6. 1 Tablespoon oil
7. layer of mayonnaise
8. sprinkle dried parsley
Add second layer and repeat with third. Do not stir. Cover top with mayonnaise and parsley

Jack's mom always made this in her square cut glass refrigerator dish with it matching glass lid. Not only did it look pretty but tasted great.
