1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C milk
pepper
2 thick slices cooked ham, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp sour cream
french fried onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Steam green beans for just a couple minutes, then saute in butter until crisp tender. Mix soup, milk and pepper in sauce pan and heat through, then pour over green beans and keep over low heat. Add ham and sour cream. When heated through, pour into a casserole dish and top with french fried onions. Bake at 350º for 10-15 min.
