Ingredients:
1 - 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk or half and half
1 can chicken broth
Vegetables of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces, and brown (canned chicken can be substituted and eliminates this step). For sauce, melt butter in a large kettle, slowly whisk in flour and cook to a simmer. Gradually add broth, salt and pepper, milk and bring to a boil. Add chicken and vegetables (if frozen, cook a bit first because of extra moisture in your sauce) and cook through. Serve over biscuits, noodles, rice or even toast.
