A good way to make use of all those broken crayon pieces is to make stained glass crayons. Remove any covering paper and place the pieces in a well-greased muffin tin and put in a 400º oven for a few minutes (or until melted). Remove from the oven and cool completely before removing from tin. If you mix the crayon colors. the circles will have a lovely stained glass effect and are great fun to color with.
