4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (thawed)
1 bag sauerkraut, drained
8-10 slices Swiss cheese
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
2 T. parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Add 1/2 of sauerkraut to cover, then 1/2 of the dressing. Place 4-5 cheese slices over dressing. Sprinkle with 1 T. parsley. Repeat with second layer. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
