1 medium onion chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped orange or yellow pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. seasoning blend
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 c. hot cooked spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
In a nonstick skillet, saute onion and pepper (orange or yellow). In butter until tender; remove and set aside. In the same skillet, brown beef, drain. Add tomato sauce, water, seasoning blend, thyme, pepper, and the saute vegetables. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Place cooked spaghetti in a large platter and slide sauce over the top of the spaghetti, keeping the cheese on top.
