1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper, bell pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. each: cumin and beef bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. each: ground oregano, salt and pepper
1/2 (8 oz.) spaghetti, cooked and drained
Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
In large skillet brown beef with onions, bell pepper, garlic. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer covered ten minutes stirring occasionally. Arrange spaghetti on platter; top with chili, then top with cheese. 4 servings.
