1 medium potato
1/2 medium onion
1 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut up the onion and potato and combine with the other ingredients. Place in a 12x12" piece of aluminum foil. Fold the packs closed and bake at 450º for 50 minutes. These can also be cooked on an outdoor grill for 1 1/2 hours.
