3 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 jars Ragu-meat sauce flavor
3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
1 large ctn Ricotta cheese
5 bags shredded mozzarella cheese
6 lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic and drain fat. Put this in large pan and add 2 jars of Ragu. Fill each jar with water and pour into pan. Add Parmesan cheese. Cook 3 hours on medium-low, stirring often. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. In greased 9x13 dish spread sauce to cover the bottom. Place lasagna noodles side by side in dish and spread half the ricotta cheese, sauce, then mozzarella cheese and repeat layers. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.

You can split this into two casseroles and freeze one. The sauce is the same recipe I use for my spaghetti sauce.
