3/4 c. barley
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 medium diced onion
4 stalks diced celery
1 can drained mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can drained peas
1 qt. whole tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook barley in 5 cups of water for 1 hr. Rinse and drain. Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Combine hamburger mixture and barley. Add remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes.
