1 box yellow cake mix
1 jar caramel topping
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 8-oz. container Cool Whip
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Make cake according to box directions, bake in a 9" x 13" glass cake pan. After cooling, poke holes in the cake and spread caramel over evenly. Make pudding according to package directions and pour over cake. After pudding is set, spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
