2 tbsp parsley flakes
3 cups potatoes
1/2 cup sliced carrots - optional
1/2 cup celery - optional
1.5 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp flour
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions:

Boil potatoes with parsley, onion, carrots & celery in water.
Mix flour with milk.
Cut heat down, add milk and cheese
