1st layer:
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick of melted butter

2nd layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powered sugar
1 cup cool whip

3rd layer:
2 small pkgs of instant pudding, any flavor
3 cups milk

4th layer:
what's left of the 8 oz. cool whip container

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first layer ingredients and smooth out in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Let cool

Mix 2nd layer ingredients and smooth out over cooled first layer.

Mix 3rd layer ingredients and beat for 2 minutes, then smooth over the 2nd layer.

Top:
Smooth the rest of cool whip on top.
