2 slightly beaten eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. 1 inch day-old bread cubes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; stir in bread cubes. Stir in brown sugar and raisins. Pour mixture into 8 x 1 3/4 inch round ovenware cake dish.
Place pan in larger shallow pan on oven rack. Pour hot water into larger pan 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
