Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
7-7 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup powder milk- dry
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/4 cup warm water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup salad oil

1. Dissolve yeast and 1/2 cup warm water.

2. Sift flour, powder milk, salt, and sugar.

3. Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients.

4. Then mix in 2 1/4 cup water, eggs, and oil.

5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

6. Turn out on floured surface and kneed a few times.

7. Divide into 2 pieces. Roll out.

8. Spread with butter(melted). Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon.

9. Roll up and cut

10. Rise 30 min. to 1 hour.

11. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
