2 c. cold milk
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. thawed cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk and coffee into a med. bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with whisk 2 minutes until well blended. Pour into five dessert dishes.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Add cinnamon to whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spread over pudding.

I have made this with cook and serve pudding as well. I like to substitute french vanilla international coffee instant mix for the instant coffee.
