2 15-oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 15-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
2 lg. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
3-4 T. lime juice
2 T. olive oil
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill. Serve with chips or as a sauce over baked or broiled fish.
