1/2 cup butter
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1Tbsp. minced green onions
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
9 oz. fettucine or linguine cooked and drained
4 egg yolks
1cup half and half
1cup parmesan cheese
2tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
In skillet, melt butter and saute shrimp, green onions, and garlic over moderate heat for 3-4minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Remove pan from heat. Stir warm fettucine into shrimp mixture. In a bowl, beat egg yolks, half and half, and parmesan. Add egg yolk mixture to shrimp mixture and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.Do not boil. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
