1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-1/2 tsp minced garlic, divided
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 c clam juice
1/3 c white wine or additional clam juice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb firm white fish
1 lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb sea scallops
1/3 c minced fresh parsley (1 tbsp dried)
1/3 c fat free mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven saute onion and 1/2 tsp garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, lemon peel and everything but seafood and parsley. Simmer 10 minutes. Add seafood. Cook 8-10 minutes. Add parsley. Serve up into bowls. Mix mayonnaise with remaining garlic and put a little on top of each serving.
