2 tbsp. Fast Rising Yeast
8 cups white flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
3 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry yeast and 4 cups of the flour in a large bowl. In another bowl beat eggs and add sugar, oil and salt, stir to mix. Add the warm water and mix well. Add this mixture to the flour and yeast and stir well. Add the remaining flour gradually and knead well. Let rise until double in size, about one hour in a warm place. Punch down and form into buns. Let rise for another hour in a warm place. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400ºF oven.
