Phyllo dough in sheets
Sour dough bread

Directions:
Thaw the phyllo dough and take a few sheets out to use. Put the brie in freezer for a few hours so it is easier to work with. Cut brie in half lengthwise and put jam in between the cheese layers. Put cheese back together and wrap in phyllo dough. Wrap it like a gift and gather the dough in the center on top. Brush a little butter on the dough. Place in a preheated 375º oven for about 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. Cut it open and serve with bread.
